Now in morning breakfast you must have a glass of warm milk with turmeric inside, haldi and maybe keshar, elaichi. Such things in milk to make that milk nice tasty. But a spoon of cow’s ghee should be added in this milk. This warm milk with ghee enhances your body’s healing capacity.

Second work which you have to do is you have to pack your bag. You have to be prepared to go to hospital. So what you should put in a bag?Be clear number one, take sanitary pads. Because now after delivery your menstruation starts, so you need those things.
Second, you should have three feet by three feet loincloth, a soft cotton material and even 2 feet by two feet soft cotton material and it becomes a very soft nappy for baby.

So in your bag which you are carrying to the hospital, you have to put apart from sanitary pads and these clothes. Certain napkins which you will need to wipe your body here and there. A dress which you are supposed to wear when you are going to breastfeed the baby.

So that dress and you need one very good thick soft pillow on which you should sit while feeding the baby. At the time of delivery when the baby is coming out after the head, the shoulder part is little broader and so to make delivery easy doctors usually give a cut.

Baby comes out very easily and then doctors stitch it up so that stitches which are there can hurt when you are sitting. If you have a soft pillow, you can sit comfortably and feed your baby. So try and see that you carry your soft pillow with you. Carry some little music also with you because the second part of delivery after the baby is out. The second part, all the paraphernalia of baby, water, skin, blood, all that is also going to come out.

All the baby’s food inside is going to come out and that takes 45 minutes. So for 45 minutes you are supposed to be really relaxed.
You are supposed to listen to music and be comfortable. Don’t think of anything because if mind is free, mind starts thinking. Don’t think of anything.

Just relax and if you relax well the body will have a very good cleansing and you will be totally fresh after this. So all these things you have to do and so be prepared for all such things. Third point, gather things which enhances your mood.
After the delivery you are going to be completely busy with the baby for many months.

So start gathering all these things to. Be prepared for the phase of your life. In this phase, lots of things can happen also. First of all, you will not get proper sleep, so lots of hormonal imbalances are there. Mood swings would be there, family demands would be there, and so many things can happen.

You should be prepared for everything because child always needs a very positive and happy atmosphere around. So you are supposed to cope up all the stress and tension with a smile, with a relaxed state.
And for that you need certain preparations like good books, some good sayings, some good jokes, some good music, some good films.

4th point. Practice certain breathing exercises. These two pranayamas you must practice regularly now. So the first pranayama, how to do that? Stand straight, breathe in fully, inhale, inhale, inhale. Hold your breath and now say om or sing anything or you can breathe out from your mouth any way.

Breathe in for four seconds, inhale, inhale, inhale for four seconds and then stop your breath for 8 seconds. Hold it for some time, at least for 8 seconds and then relax. Start practicing both these pranayam.

After 9th month of your pregnancy and do twice a day, 5 rounds each. Childbirth is a happy moment to cherish forever. Make it smooth and joyful not only for mother but for baby too.
