Hello Do you want clear and glowing skin without using any expensive products? The best solution for our beauty and our health is found in nature and can be easily made at home. First of all let me tell you a simple, effective and natural remedy for a complete skin care routine. Take a look at what you need to do every day as a skin care routine. Remember, taking care of your skin daily is the foundation of clear and glowing skin. Cleansing is the first step to clear and glowing skin. It removes dirt, oil and impurities that can clog pores and cause breakouts.

1. Honey & Milk

for a glowing skin we can make a cleanser made of honey and milk. It is very effective in removing pigmentation and blemishes from the skin All you need to do is mix 1 tablespoon of raw honey and a tablespoon of milk. Apply it on your face in light and circular motions and then wash it off with warm water. Honey has antimicrobial properties while milk gently exfoliates and moisturizes your skin. The second step of a daily skin care routine is toning. Toning balances the skin’s pH, tightens pores and refreshes the skin.

2. Green tea & Water

You can make a great toner of green tea and rose water. Steep green tea in a cup of water and let it cool. Mix it with equal amounts of rose water. Store in a spray bottle and use after cleansing. Green tea contains antioxidants that fight skin aging. Rose water soothes and moisturizes the skin.

3. Aloe vera

let’s take a look at moisturizers. Moisturizers moisturize the skin and prevent dryness. You can make your own organic and chemical-free moisturizer at home. Take aloe vera gel and almond oil. Add 2 tablespoons of fresh aloe vera gel. Mix it well with a tablespoon of almond oil. Apply a small amount on your face and massage gently. Aloe vera soothes and moisturizes the skin and almond oil locks in the moisture. This is your three-step daily routine to nourish your skin. Now let me tell you some weekly treatments. First, focus on exfoliating your skin once a week. Removes dead skin cells, making the skin glow. Do not do it more than once as it may over-expose the sensitive layer of your skin.

4. Red sandalwood powder

You can make your own exfoliant by mixing 2 teaspoons of red sandalwood powder in 2 tablespoons of yogurt. Apply it on your face and gently scrub in circular motions. Scrubbing should be done for about 2:00 to 3:00 minutes and then wash off with warm water. Red sandalwood is a beauty offering in Ayurveda and has been a part of many ancient beauty rituals. It is a gentle exfoliant. Yogurt contains lactic acid to brighten the skin. Remember, to get glowing skin you must also follow a healthy lifestyle.
